2" gauge fit ok into 2-1/16 gauge bezel??
the panel i want is for the 2-1/16 gauge and the gauges i want is 2". anybody know if there will be a gap or is it too close to make a difference.

Of course there will be a gap. 2in is less than 2 1/16th. Though the gap around the panel and the guage will be 1/32nd all around. Still close, but in the long run not a big deal. Maybe a little silcone or RTV to keep it in place. Here, this chart might help you . |

If the panel is made for 2 1/16 in gauges why not just get 2 1/16 in gauges? Or buy a panel for 2" gauges? But they will look odd to say the least, that is if you leave them in long enough since the rattling will drive you crazy! But I wouldnt want silicone or RTV messing up the trim rings of my brand new gauges either. To each his own though, and I would love to see pics of them if you do use the 2" gauges.

yeah i ended up getting 2 1/16 gauges to match. i had trouble finding all 5 that match in 2 1/16 in black. ended with VDO Classic black face from JEGS. with angled panel from Qtec total came to $230
