Could anybody help me with this plug? It's on the firewall behind the battery. In the picture, it's the plug where the yellow wire is seen in the center of the photo.

Is it connected to anything or just sitting there? If not connected it could be for battery or block warmer.

Looks like a relay socket. Pull it out so you can get a better picture.

It's plugged in. It leads to two connectors up front (seems like it could be for fog lights) yet it's not wired in line with the headlights.

Plugged into what? It probably is the relay for aftermarket lights. Looks like the back side of a Relay socket.

Does this look like the plug needed for an aftermarket light?

Looks like the Blue and Black wires that are connected to my stock Fog Lights... Do you have stock Fog Lights?

skathious 05-20-2013 09:54 PM

Haha nope. I bought this jeep a month or so ago. If they do go to fogs (is that the same connector you have by the way?) I think they've been gone for a while. The bumper has no mounting area for fogs due to a couple hooks and towing accessories that seem like they've been there for a while.

Those aren't the factory fog connections. Most likely aftermarket and the first thing you posted is probably a relay. Something like this harness. http://store.ijdmtoy.com/HID-Convers...uide-a/184.htm
