1986 CJ7 Lights

So when my headlights are off my turn signals and break lights work fine. But when my headlights are on the rear lights are completely lit up, the break light reverse light and it wont flash with my signals.

Any ideas on where the issue is??
Thank You

Did you just wire these in or did the problem just occur? I had a heck of a time getting my lights right when I did my tub conversion. All my problems like the one you are stating came from bad ground. I was so confused until I found the bad ground and presto! Find any ground for your lights and make sure there is a good connection. That's where I would start.
