05 GC fog lamps wont come on

Hello all, new here...so forgive me if I am in the wrong place or breaking any other known guidelines. My question is simple...My 2005 GC fog lamps wouldnt come on during state inspection, the bulbs had a bit of fogginess to them...so I assumed they had gone bad. Last night, however, after replacing both bulbs...I have nothing. Checked the fuses, all other running lights...everything looks fine. My question is this, is there a problem or issue that is prevelant that I dont know about...or am I most likely dealing with a wiring problem here. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Right place...

Problem could be many things. Start with the obvious fuses and such. Then move to switches and wires.

just because the fuse looks good doesnt mean it is. replace it, there cheap. then see what happens. if that doesnt work check the ground to the lights.
