04 WJ fog light help

Hey guys, so I bought spyder halo projector replacements fog lights for my 04 WJ. Can I just use the factory harness and splice the halos into my parking lights? I would like to use the factory switch on the lights and have a switch for the halos to turn on and off so they wouldn't be on when my parking lights are on. The kit came with some wires to run to the battery and it has a relay built into the wiring plus has wiring with 2 switches but is that just if you didn't have fog lights to begin with? Do I even need that stuff? Here's the instructions link.

Any help would be really appreciated, thanks.
