04 Liberty electrical problems!!!!

I have an '04 liberty with severe problems. About two weeks ago we lost the speedo, locks, windows, sunroof and so on. After some research, Swapped out the bcm with used model with same part number except the last letter. Everything except speedo and left side door locks came back up. I left it in so it was driveable. Next day the car freaked out. Headlights and hazards flashing. Horn blaring. Pulled the horn fuse. Dropped it off at mechanic. They took it to jeep to reflash the bcm. Jeep says they can't and that I need a new one. Got ahold of a bcm with exact same part numbers. Swapped it and still no left side locks or windows. Was told I needed to shell out the $700 for new bcm. Jeep dropped in a new one. Flashed it with vin and still no windows, locks, or sunroof. What else could it be? Has anyone run into similar problems? I need help. The liberty has been laid up almost two weeks. Costing me salary because I can't get to work plus mechanic and bcm fees.
