I recently came into posession of a 6 speaker sound bar. It has four pin wiring connection - blue, blue w/ white stripe, white and orange wires. My TJ has a 6 pin wiring connection on the roll bar - blue w/ white stipe, blue with a brownish stripe, brown with yellow stripe, brown with blue stripe, pink with a white stripe and solid yellow wires. I've looked all over the forum and net and concluded the blue/wh and blue/br are probably for the right speakers (+/-), and the br/y and br/blue are for the left (+/-). Does anyone know definitively what the pink/wh and solid yellow wires are for? I assume its for the dome light that comes in the factory soundbar - possibly switched power and constant power. Can somone confirm that for me? Ive looked all over the forum and net for this and cannot find it.
I'd also like to install a roundeyes led interior light like the one at the link below. I don't know much about wiring but it seems like this should be a pretty simple job. Can I use the pink/wh and solid yellow wires to power the round eyes light so I have an interior light with both constant and switched power? Having the int light come on when the doors open would be good enough. I assume the round eyes interior light will require a ground.
Any advice, corrections or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.
