I'm sorry to hear about the girlfriend. It's weird, you don't want a long-term commitment, but you lived together for 2 years. I guess from an older perspective, all be it not much older, I just see it differently. For me, if I'm going to live with someone, I figure I might as well get married. But everyone is different and deals with relationships in their own way. Girls are a lot more interested in commitment and marriage, too. They'll only go along with living with someone for so long before they want the ring.
Enough rambling on about relationship-ish stuff. This is Jeep forum, not Dr. Phil forum. lol
Keeping the ZJ is going to be a good move. It'll allow you to save up money and get a bit more stable. What about the plans you had for joining the military?
Oh, and did you get the stuff fixed on your Jeep that got ripped loose the last wheelin' trip you took?

military stuff isn't completely out of the question, its just on the back burner. not dogging any active duty or prior service people, at this point from as far as ive gone in the recruiting process tho, id have to lie or have my recruiter lie for me to get in, just off of meps physical/medical stuff
and for the record snowleopard is a jedi because he remembers everything thats written in this thread/forum... but i bought the parts from my napa affiliate and were going to get em installed asap and then go rally and prolly break something else. its a viscious cycle, j.e.e.p. tho right.

ive been having two extra bedrooms in this house the whole time shes lived here, but she never wanted any roommates, i mean i dont blame her when everything was going good, but now ive really got two extra rooms up for rent, snowleopard this could be the chance your waiting for to move to the NW. but in all seriousness i might revert back to being 19 in college living in an off campus party house and only doing two things, well maybe three. being at least one.
with all that being said, it'll all be for the better, the ZJ is gonna get more attention( ) ill be around the forum more, etc etc blah blah insert advantages here. and im going to bed after that larger then average, multi-quote rant, but thanks for posting guys and ill keep it updated.

some cell phone pics from some light wheelin, the threads been lacking so i had to go flex out and engage the wonder bar.
really still back and forth with the WJ thoughts but thats a long ways down the road. Im waiting for my buddy to build his new rear bumper on his bronco, heres the best pic i got of part of the one he has now

the plan is when he takes that out, figure something out to put it on the front of mine. so its already got the hitch, and we'd bend up a grill guard/ hoop/ stinger and im ready to rock, oh then sliders def next

yep slowly getting the jeep back into shape, dang money tree hasn't bloomed yet tho. i still need an alignment and one of the last wheelin trips i got high centered on the undercarraige and ripped out my output speed and downstream o2 sensors, got the o2 sensor fixed but im still throwing like 5 check engine codes. j.e.e.p. right.
on top of all that my bfg all terrains that are about 8-9 years old are getting pretty warn. id like for when i buy new tires, instead of getting new 30x9.5s to be buying 32s or 33s to throw under some lift. may be just 33's bb and hack the **** out of the fenders and wheel wells and call it good till i can afford a real lift, and ill already have tires.
