ill definitely take some pics of it monday morning, its at work and im off for the weekend. one of the other guys at work saw it on my workbench and said the sharp edges would be easily broken off and destroy the motor if i put it in. but the guy who told me to knife edge it has a bit more experience with magnum motors

thanks man, it helps. i had it looking darn near perfect and was getting ready to put the belly pan back on it and stuff and then i was informed of the knife edging so i thought id do it and i dont like the way it looks now.
what is the best way of getting the intake cleaned? i wanted to get it glass beaded but i was told the beads would embed themselves into the aluminum.

I hear some people use an oven type cleaner to clean their intake manifolds. I cant find the pics I was thinking of now, but here is a great link related to porting the stock kegger

no input on the knife edging?
i got the lights working, they are absolutely amazing, i ended up putting yellow 100w bulbs in them and they worked amazing in the rain and snow. plus they get the point across when someone cuts me off or leaves their high beams on.

i havent posted in here in a while, havent really had much time to do much to it. i ordered a new rear main seal and the trans cooler lines. one of the lines was leaking real bad and the other line had been repaired by a po with a pair of compression fittings. i replaced the coller lines yesterday and it was a PITA to get the lines off, the new lines were updated and no longer had to use the white plastic clips.
the next project will be sliders that im building myself. my plans are to cut oout the existing rocker and put the sliders in place of them. im thing something like 4"x4" square tubing for them. and then out the side im going to put a pair of bent 2" tubing out the sides. ill post up some drawings of what im planning out.
