i used the rectangular walmart lights. theres pics in my build thread, but i went with them because i saw they were cheaper and eventually i'll upgrade to better offroad lights that'll be round anyways. I went to a junk yard and pulled an extra crossbar, painted it and just used that and it works very well...the hard part is figuring out where you want to put the switches. lol

after a year and a half of chasing a weird electrical problem i was having i finally finally figured out what it was and fixed it. at random times the airbag light and abs light would come on and i couldnt use my blinkers, window switches, or my climate control knobs. i traced the problem one day to behind the passenger side front kick panel. it ended up being that one of the wires there kept coming loose because the terminal it was connected to was broken somehow, got it fixed and now i can drive with the windows down, too bad its raining

well i thought id fixed my death wobble problem but over the past week or so its been getting much much worse. i need to get a new track bar bolt and nut, the threads on the bolt i have now are pretty stripped and rusted out, i never thought id be experiencing death wobble on close to stock sized tires, makes me a little wary of the tires i want to get.

im going to try and get a video of my exhaust tomorrow, tried today only to find out my camera is broken yay.

i have had death wobble on stock tires before. Same problem you have, just needed a good bolt. Put it in, tightened it up and it hasn't come back. I still think i need to replace bushings though.

my bushings were shot and one day i decided it would be a good idea to catch a little air over a lip on the end of a local trail and bent it pretty hard. so i just bought a new one from crown. only 50 bucks. i knew i needed a bolt but i figured why not try loctite first to see if i could save some money for a litlle bit. ive been really strapped for cash recently

i see...i'm strapped for cash too otherwise i'd be replacing all my bushings right now...those are now causing me problems. i'd try and get a bolt from somewhere other than the dealership, they charged way too much in my opinion

sp today i got under it and i replaced the track bar nut and bolt because they were bad and just happened to notice the the bushings on the front lower ca's are completely shot, same with the rear lowers and the passenger side rear shock is blown. looks like im gonna be doin a complete suspension rebuild. seeing as i need 3 out of 4 shocks replaced might as well get all 4. i gotta get new sway bar endlinks and bushings for them. i also need to do a brake rebuild since one of my calipers is shot.

i wish i could lift it haha, i get free inspections from my dad since hes a licensed inspector and he wont give me a sticker if i lift it. im gonna do a simple budget boost though. i want to get adjustable control arms but im not sure if i can afford them to be honest. im hoping this rebuild will be lower than 500, but its probly not likely though.
