when you have to replace your old muffler due to your lower control arm bolt punching in it. You dont have time to get it welded so you just throw some clamps on it and forget about it until the next week when you hear a bump and watch it skipping down the median behind you... all you can do is laugh.

When you park in the farthest corner of the college lot to minimize the door dings from ricers.

When you park up front and let the ricers ding the top of their doors on your sliderz.

when your thinking that you can just cut your fenders like an xj then you remember its a "Grand" cherokee and you refrain from doing it and just spend another 500 dollars to go up another 3 inches to clear the tires.

when you have a v8 and passengers cant believe how quick it is. when you ***** about your gas consumption and your friends just think your cheap until you go on a road trip with them.
when you have an 09 6.8 f350 harley, but you still drive your ZJ more, since "you like it better"

when you take a jeep load of people to godfathers pizza (cousin his girl, a friend, and my girl) and as your walking pass the front of your grand you rub the hood gently and give it that "good job" pat above the logo then you turn around to see them all looking at you like your the weirdest freak in the world.

When you have a 5.9 and your passengers start freaking out the first time you floor it.
When your $16 Harbor Freight driving lights make your high beams look like candles.
When your non-Jeep literate friends point to the t-case shifter and ask "what does that do?"
When you have an excuse to re-do your exhaust not because it rusted out, but because the cat started rattling, then blew the loose media into the muffler, creating an even worse rattle that sounds like a guy shaking a marble in a can at idle.

When I get stuck, and the guy that pulls me out tells me that to drive off the pavement (even down a dirt road), I need a Wrangler with a 6" lift and 33s.

When you turn around off a dangerous trail because you're alone, but at the trailhead the guy in a fresh off the lot 2010 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with e-lockers, full skids, sliders, an e-disconnecting swaybar, on 33" MT's tells you that you couldn't make it up it anyway because your Jeep wasn't made for it and your AT's wouldn't get you there anyway.
I don't wheel alone if it gets to hairy. I'll turn around before I risk damaging my Jeep and having to walk back to civilization. It's pretty much common sense. And the Rubicon Unlimited could get up most trails with a 16 month old driving it. Where's the challenge?
