not to burst your bubble but i think this is every wife unless she has driven the wonderful jeep vehicle
the way i see it, you can't imagine the feeling of driving a jeep through mud and water, until you have driven it through mud and water, and then you feel the power, and become a greedy, mud hungry lunatic.

like when i joined the army, i didnt know how awesome it was too fire a .50cal machine gun until i fired one, and OH MAN i went back to the barracks that night and had like 3 wet dreams in one night!

when you'll forever be teased about being a mall crawler/picking up groceries/bringing the kids to soccer. but you don't give a flying fart in space, cause you can settle down in your comfy seat and still speed through some mud puddles.

you know you drive a grand when you have to be mean to your back hatch to get it to open only to have it fall back on your head!

your freinds always ask you "whats that noise?"

you pull up to a trail out wheeling with your buddies in there trucks and all 3 of them get out and ride with you!

you get made fun of for driving an suv when you first get it but now your freinds all want one

....when you think Explorers and TrailBlazers are family sedans.
....when you can justify every free minute with a view from a piece of cardboard on the garage floor looking for the source of that new strange noise.
....when you actually perform all of the recommended underhood checks and fluid changes at least as often as the owner's manual says to...and sometimes more often, just to be sure.

Yep. I wave to every Jeep except Patriots and Compasses. Around here, I have NEVER gotten a wave back.

I saw a cool *** 4x4 patriot the other day with 2" lift and BFG ATs.
You know you drive one when even hardcore chevy wheelers admit your jeep is superior on the trail in stock dressings.

... you drove it around in a major storm and haven't washed it yet because the pine needles and mud look good on it (most have been rained off by now anyway, except the wheel wells).

I got a wave from a cj around here. It was the greatest feeling ever. I guess because the jeep was covered in mud, he knew I was legit
