you know you drive a grand when....

when the streets are flooding from heavy rain and everyone is inside but you because it is really fun to drive through 2' of water.

to wash all the mud off your jeep you take it to the nearest puddle

when you drive you see the gas needle going down but you dont care because you drive the sickest vehicle out there

... when you have mastered the death wobble and can pull throught it only with your knee on the wheel.

... when you have to have a towel in the back seat cuz when you start on a cold morning the windshield gets wet inside.

... when you can pull up to a friends house at poker night and park where the dirt has been dug out for his new driveway.

... when you break the tabs off your rear drink holder and find you can store a large quantity of fireworks in there to cross the border.

... four of you can go hunting comfortably and use the door frames as a gun rest.

... your cargo area has unremovable stains from all the fluids you have to keep on hand.

... you have had blood pouring from your head more then once due to hood shocks not holding in the cold.

... all the door and dash handles have perminant hand marks on them and the funny smell of poo coming from the fabric on your passenger seats.

... you see a trail that quads are going up and seriously consider trying it.

...When you park on a steep hill in the city (front wheel against curb) and you get out and notice it is starting to think it is on a rock crawling adventure and decides to hop the curb itself and try goin down the hill solo. Then in a panic decides to set off the alarm and unlocking the door and getting in while moving has caused you to stretch you legs so far apart that you think you tore your sfinkter open and balls are about to hit the ground.

JU has the lead
its a hilarious thread.
http://www.jeepsunlimited.com/forums...ighlight=grand

...when your blood, sweat, and tears are poured out all over the floor, your knuckles are bleeding, your wallet is empty, and you still have problems to fix. But youd never consider owning another vehicle or getting rid of ur grand

....when you have 7 different type of fluid splatters on your garage floor, but every fluid is topped off

....when you think DW is just something the manufacturers created on grands to keep you on your toes

...when level 2 snow emergancies dont scare you, but provoke you instead

...when you "forgot" the road was closed due to construction

...when your face is burning but your toes are freezing (WJ's :P)

...when your VIC never shuts up

...when your fan clutch gets stuck, then you buy a new one and that one is stuck as well (at least on mine)

...when you take it to the mechanic and already know what the problem is

...when you time yourself to see how fast you can drain and refill the t-case fluid

...when you drain the t-case fluid only to realize the fill plug is stuck lmao

...when you spend more on the it than you paid when you purchased it, and have no fear or anxiety doing so

...when you just plain old love it and would never consider getting rid of it

keep it coming

When the service manual tells you use Dexron in the tranny and then 6 years later DC releases a TSB basically telling you Merc & Dex kill your tranny. Dex is even stamped on some tranny dipsticks!

When you spill more coffee on the floor than you get in your mouth, while trying to figure out how to solve Death Wobble

When your air filter collects more oil than the oil filter (4.0L engines due to bad CCV valve)

When your windshield washer motor moves more fluid than the fuel pump.

When you replace your warping rotors as often as you change the air filter.

When you have studied the Haynes or Factory Service manual so well that you no longer use the table of contents.

When you hands are cut up and there is so much grease under your finger nails that you are getting worried that you may not get lucky in bed tonight.

When the Dad's dropping off their kids at school give you that look of guilt for driving a cool Jeep instead an Accord or Camry.
