Browsing this thread has convinced me of a couple things:

1) I'm going to be quite timid, underestimating, & maybe even a little disappointed in the offroad ability of my WJ this spring?

2) 2" BB is out. I have to wait for my student loans for the lift & tires anyway, I'm going bigger on both.

just a simple dirt road behind a grave yard that I drove in the summer in the minivan to run my dogs. Not sure what happened there, but there was a huge puddle hidden by ice and snow, must have flooded part of the ditch and misjudged the road. Wasn't even intending on really off roading, just to give the 4 sons a thrill. Only had the jeep 3 days LOL. Gonna invest in towstrap and new tires LOL. Damn all seasons!!!

Came around a turn in the river bottoms, and I have driven that turn so much tht i could drive it in my sleep, and this time with some worn out tires, came around the turn and it kept goin straight. I bout poop'd my pants haha

Had to have an v8 explorer and a power stroke to pull me out of that one. There was no getting back up that hill. And that slough was about 10 feet deep at the time because the river was up
