The only pics I have of mine being stuck (and probably the only memorable stucks anyways)...
First: Stock. Was passing through a creek, and didn't realize that it dropped off to 4' deep. Tried crawling my way out of it, but ended up digging myself deeper in the rear. Flooded the interior.
Second: Stock. There were 2 passage ways through this mudhole. The right side being the shallower edge. I wanted to try the deeper edge. Got high centered in the mucky bottom.
Third: 3" lift. 31's. Wanted to try that deep hole again. Ended up hydrolocking, and throwing a rod through my oil pan. Most expensive stuck to date.

Could'nt even make it to the trail. Then had a hard time opening the door. Then I could only be thankful I didnt get to the trail. But all in all.

This was the last time I let my yellow lab drive
Location: A hole called big bertha, Miller's park in Mobile, AL. I think it's all bike trails now.
Tires touching ground: 1, the right rear
Transmissions destroyed during recovery process: 1 Toyota got the clutch too
Shovels broken: 2
Winches rendered inoperable by water: 1
Only way I got out was a tahoe and a keeper stretch strap. Wow that was a long time ago

This isnt my worst stuck but it was stuck i had dayton street ATs for tires at the time but they were balled. My buddy who's got a 93 FullSize Blazer and i thought itd be fun to go through this powerline trail while it was pouring out. I went first, put it in 4LO and didn't get to far until my front diff and rear diff were about 1/2inch into solid dirt and my tires were just in soupy ruts Finally got it out with my buddies 10000lb milemarker winch this is after we got it out

Posted this before but once again won't hurt... I know i know, it's not the worse but i need to add up my post count so i can finally post pics with out links.
It's stock btw:
Basically tire slipped of the rock and i landed my tranny pan on top of that rock. Somehow the tranny pan did ok (note that front tires are in the air), some scratches and dents but nothing bad. That the point when i decided that skid plates, lift and bigger tires is a must.
Anyway, we stacked up some rocks and i lifted myself of that rock.
