Looks good! Gonna be sweet with the tire and jerry cans mounted. Are you going to make a hi-lift mount too?

Nah, the high lift is already up in the roof rack. With full gas cans, I think thats all I think I can get on those heims joints... heh.

Thanks. I would really LOVE to fill those holes, I think Im liking the AgitatedPancake style (from where the pinstripe usually goes, all the way down) of painting. If I do that then Ill fill the holes. I dont have any pics of the black tape. I actually didnt like it... heh

Here is the finished product, minus the can strap

It "feels" a tad too far to the right, but we made sure the light would not be covered and had enough room to fit a 35" tire on the rack. More ground clearance than the tire!

Thanks Mooney. My wife has had to drive it for a week. She come home every day with stories of the comments, looks, and people walking up to it in the parking lot.

Funny, that never happens to me.

Finally got to wiring all the lights.

The rear lights were shorting. Whenever I bolted them to the roof rack, POP. The lights were not fogs anyway, the beam was too focused. Ill probably get more lights with diffused lenses and re-in stall them. For now I just disconnected them.

I have 5 55w lights under the jeep, and the 4 hellas on the roof.

I ran 4 ga to a distribution/fuse block under the center console. From there I can run whatever I need. I also have the USB and 110v running to the ash tray and rear console. It sure was weird hooking up a 110v shop light to the center console!

Here are just a couple pics.

looks really good. and pics of the lights up?

your fuse block looks like a marine type. any heat build up in the center console form all this?

am doing something similar. 4 gauges wire and big fuse to a fuse block (30amps max x6) with relays for each fuse in the engine bay. the the same switched to the ledge behind the steering wheel.
