Lugs on the buld aren't exat but will work. Might add caulk in case seal isn't tight due to one of the lug/hole alignments. Light housings are vented anyway to allow them to breath, but the vents aren't facing the wheel well like the plugs are. Sounds worse than it really is, nice little mod.

My moms WJ was clunking when she bought it, I grabbed one of the shocks and was able to move it up and down while it was still connected.

As for the brakes, If its staying mostly street bound, go for the Baer Decela-rotors if you're willing to pay for them. Summit has them for a better price than most. I did a brake job on my mom's WJ and used them and they are holding up fine

Have any of you installed the P.I.E. X3 auxillary input device on your WJ? I HATE aftermarket headunits, so I saw on WJJeeps.com that this can be used on the WJ factory unit. Any links to installation help or more info on it would be helpful.

So I got a minute to crawl under the WJ today and everything seemed tight and in place until I grabbed ahold of the drag link... the ends must be completely dry. I could flick it and it would bounce back and forth... So I think i may have found my noise. Now I havent completely closed the book yet, I still want to get the wheels off and make sure everything is tight, but that wont be for a couple more weeks.

if they were run dry for that long I would just replace them, TRE's are like $12-20 each and worth the investment to prevent death wobble in the near future
