Bought a two 2" BB to give room for the P265/75R16 tires that are slightly rubbing at the moment. Had wanted to put a 3.5" or 4.5" lift on there but don't have the money for it right now. Oh well.....

New radiator, new front tires, new radiator overflow... More $!!!! Enough already! For the good deal I got at first this thing is starting to eat me alive! Next is new front axle shafts, brakes, wheel bearings, and front end alignment with all the assorted parts. The $500 I spent on this thing originally does not seem like such a deal now! The list of new parts grows. Since I bought it two months ago I have replaced
transmission
transfer case
power steering pump
water pump

at least the engine is running good... so far.

Replaced the blend doors, recirc door, put a new negative battery connector on, hood shock, wiper blades, synthetic oil, silconed the dash tweeters, vacuumed, armour all'ed, new air filter, thermostat and fresh coolant. Still need to do the brake fliud flush, wash/wax, clean-up some rust for winter, new door lettering, fix the cruise, window sills, and then drive the hell out of it.

Aaaaah, to finally have a Jeep again, I missed these days.

I got it down to being able to remove the dash in less than 1 hour. I had the dash in and out twice and I'm good at it now.

The hardest part is removing the tubes to the heater core to get the HVAC system out. I would say the overall job took about 7-8 hours. Not too bad, just time consuming. All those that complain about it are sally's............
