well today i foudn out that the dumb ****s who i had order my header for got me the wrong header. i told them like 5 times "mine is a 95 with a build date of 9/94" and they go and get me the 96-98 header.

i'm a little pissed because it finally made sense why none of the headlight mounting hardware would match up.

either way, pulled that header off and ordered me a 93 - 95 header off ebay.

If you're trying to mount your headlights to your exhaust, you're doing it wrong!

The other day, it looked like this:

This morning it looked like this:

Aaand then some stumps and rocks got a hold of it and it now looks like:

Somewhat of a mishap:

I should have known there would be some carnage, heading out with dudes on big meats and twice the lift, but in the end the guys driving the Yotas were seriously impressed with what a 3" lift, mud tires, open diffs, and some body armor would do on the Jeep.

There was one boulder I had to get a tug to drag my belly across, then I got a stump stuck between the front bumper and passenger tire on the way down I had to get jacked up off of. Other than that, I went everywhere my buddy's Taco on 35's went.

These are the guys I went up with. The Bronco had open diffs too, but both Yotas had lockers, the old one front and rear.

It'll buff out, right guys??

Metal shards in the pan means the tranny is working, completely normal.

Not when the fluid is almost brand new, and there are not only shards, but pieces of washers and large chunks of metal
