Thanks Torchd. I tried the wrench method earlier (there is an allen wrench broke off in the bolt). I am going to buy a new pipe wrench tonight, hoping to get a better bite. Thanks for the link

One of my headlight lens was starting to get cloudy, so I was at Harbor Freight and saw the $15 lens restore kit and thought I'd give it a try. If it didn't work I was planning on buying a new one anyway. The other side was perfectly clear and I don't know why just the one clouded up. I was surprised that it turned out so well. It was well worth the $15 spent. I followed the directions exactly except I repeated the sequence 2 times then applied a coat of paste wax when I got done and it looks as good as the one that didn't cloud up.

Tried my new lights out this evening . . . man are they bright! I am very glad that installed them on the ZJ.

I also have a door hinge that has failed and it was pinching the fender. I got the fender bent back into shape this evening after work. It was much easier than I thought it would be, but . . . I still have to repair the hinge.

I am wondering if I can tackle this myself or if its something that I will have to farm out?

The weld that holds the hinge onto the driver door failed and the hinge has separated from the door. I assume that it will need to be welded back onto the door, but I not really how to do it since welding isn't an area of my expertise.

Kolak Exhaust piece's coming in Yesterday The Tail pipe came in today the high-flow converter got here waiting for the Muffler and the Exhaust Tip.

was thinking of doing this my self to save some money.

What about Stainless Steel Band Clamps? Instead of the guillotine style ones.

Band Clamp

Saddle Clamp.
