Picked up some stainless bolts for my quarter panel armor. Ended up going with button head bolts instead of countersinking

Adapters for tube fenders came in today as well

Took out the rusted screw the PO put in the cladding, and replaced it with a new non-broken clip I snagged at the junk yard.
It was the easiest thing to do...a big gnarly screw? Really? lol.

That's just ghetto. I do like your painted rocker panel. I can't remember, did you use bed liner or just a type of plastic spraypaint like Krylon?

Today, my Jeep is having the vacuum leak dealt with. I'm so tired of my climate control acting up. When you have it set to 'off' and it still blows air, it's a little more than irksome. It ends now.

It's Duplicolor rattle can bedliner. Working climate control could be nice. Hope it's all fixed up for you quickly.

Not yet cuz the headers haven't arrived yet; they were on back order and supposedly a new batch is being made up now. I'll take pictures of all the Kolak exhaust components once they're here.

On topic, swapped my axle shafts today so the odd lengths matched up and was able to complete my Dana 44 install. Am heading out now to fill up the diff with diff 'blood', then let'er down so I can gather measurements. I may need to shorten some, but then I went up in height some too so...we'll see.

Is anyone reading this running the RE monotubes and, if so, what do you think of them so far? I run highway mostly and am looking for the smoothest of smooth rides...on short arms.

RE are supposed to be nice + lifetime warranty Bilstiens do not have such a warranty. Mx6's are supposed to be nice too.

My new PCM arrived today.
Installed it and replaced my compressor (old one cracked at the fitting housing, gave to my friend, who helps me alot on the Jeep, he'll weld it), Also replaced my 2 accessory power board with a 5 acc. powerboard (mounted on my custom cargo box).
Now that its running again I can concentrate on my custom lightbar and my ongoing "my Jeep is actively refusing to be lifted" drama.
All is well again and life is good.

Yup yup...I'm running OME shocks now, but think RE's will be my next shock purchase when these go.

On topic:
- fed the differential fluids, then with it sitting on the ground, tightened up all bushings and joints.

- also discovered that my upgrade to the D44 coupled with a 2.75in lift is enough change that doesn't require the drive shaft at just the right length. No need to shorten it...woohooo. 50 bucks saved.
