Are those just for off-roading, or are they any good for street driving too?

I know man I hate that! That's why I pay extra for the $100 deductible on my insurance just so windshields only cost $100 lol. Happens all the time in Colorado.

Went wheelin' today some since the weather was so nice, and on the way home picked up some castrol gtx oil, a k&n oil filter, new distributor cap & rotor & wires, ultra stars, seafoam, and windshield washer fluid (damn bugs). Got the ultra stars, seafoam, and washer fluid in, tomorrow gonna do the oil change and cap/rotor/wires. Still need to get some diff fluid to change out the old to prep for winter 4x4 use. Also gotta get some new brake pads and rotors.

Took apart two 249 transfer cases to try and create one working one that would fit on my Jeep... and failed. Now I'm shopping for a 242.

im a mercedes benz tech, i used some stuff from the detail department, but its pretty much the same stuff you can get in those 40 dollar do it yourself kits avail on line or at the parts store. wet sand with 400 three times, then 1000 twice, 2000 three times and then you apply a glaze which makes it all smooth and clear. i drove it tonite and its an improvement for sure. im going to get some brighter bulbs tho

thanks for the click free!!!
