Got pulled over by a cop. Apparently my front windows are tinted too dark. They are tinted to 15%, the law is 30%.

1997 ZJ Laredo. 4.0 I6, 242 TC.

Changed the trans fluid last night, now my tranny doesn't clunk when shifting and it is a lot smoother. Changed the plugs this morning, found out that a few had nearly worn down to the insulator. Put in the Truck Plugs, and now it idles so smooth you can hardly tell its on.

Still need to figure out the heating problem.

I sprayed my rear bumper with ArmorAll tire foam about a week ago and let it soak in, and it gave it a nice dark gray look. I think it still looks pretty good too. I need to do the bumpers and cladding and post a pic. You might try it til it gets warm.

How cold does it get in WesTex that you have a heated garage? Or is it just to keep all the tools and machines warm so they function well. I'm in Orange Cty, NY (like those knuckehead chopper guys) and we get a mix of weather. I love it though...

My neighbor has a huge shop/garage in his back yard. He just set up a little pellet stove in there. Keeps it warm, and it's pretty nice to be able to use it whenever we want!
