$$$$

The shops around me charge $100-$150 just to charge a system. A leak test was another $50. I didn't even hang around long enough to see how much it would cost to fix if they did find a leak.

I'd put another whole can of refrigerant in it. The compressor won't stay engaged if there's not enough refrigerant to pressurize the system. My wife's ZJ took three 12oz cans to get it cold enough and it wasn't real hot to begin with. It's been three weeks and the vent temp is still <50F so I think that fixed it.

finished my first tank of gas today doing the hand calculation on the mileage. Got 15.6mpg. Thats not too bad overall. I still have two bad O2 sensors and spark plugs that need to be changed. O2 sensors will be in this weekend so Ill lee if I can squeeze a litle extra mileage out of it. Overall for a 5.9 (thats 16 years old) you cant argue with that. Esp since I was getting around 11 in the WJ

EDIT: Its also still just my second week with the 9er so I cant say i didnt "test the acceleration" a few times ; )

My first attempt at video on the tablet. I have the computer skills on a 68 year old so i appologize if its not the best quality. Also couldt figure out how to edit it at the end. Oh well. Heres how the 9er sounds after the muffler delete.

And yes, i know how cool i look on camera. No need for comments lol

EDIT: lets try again

thats honeslty a very tough decision. thats why im trying to hold on to both of mine for now (just gonna keep buying the wife stuff till she cant see the WJ parked in front of the house anymore )

The WJ on the trails is a blast but HOLY POOP is the 9er fun. If I had to choose right now id probably keep the 9er, esp once I start to build it up as well.
