I'm glad I'm not the only one who had a hard time trimming my fenders, everyone else makes it look so easy! The fenders pissed me off for sure.

the WK is pretty badass for a DD....its an Overland with the 5.7 and WAY too nice to ever offroad it.....not that I would anyway. the one thing I HATE about it is the seats. Worst seats Jeep ever made for a grand IMO. Just feels like you are sitting on an old style bench seat. But we took it to Destin, FL last month and it was great.

Im still on ym first tank of gas in the 9er. I have a lot of runnign around this week getting parts, tags, inspection, etc.....so I am not going to do an accurate calculation til next week. However, the Overhead display has me running between 18 and 19 mpg on the interstate right now. I know its not super accurate but its better than I thought.......and its sooooooo fast

Like that drive way shot. All I'm missing is the Niner and I'd have the same thing.

And x2 on the Overland WK. Super nice DD.

thanks man......im ready to see you axle swap take shape.

and ive been meaning to ask you, did you go with the OME medium duty or HD springs? Im REALLY trying to convince the wife to let me lift hers a little. Shes just concerned about it driving to rough. Im thinking the medium duty springs since I wont be adding any heavy bumpers and this will be purely for looks

EDIT: duh, guess I could read you sig!! so hows the ride compared to stock? still handle ok?

I love the ride so much better than stock. I don't know if the stock setup was on its last leg when we got it, but it was really spongy. Personally, way to soft for me. I got the HD just for the fact that its got the heavy Hemi. I mean when you hit a decent pot hole or speed bumps you can tell its the HD kit and pretty stiff (mainly the rear, not so much the front). But just cruising its amazing. Drives a ton better IMO. I'd highly recommend it if you can swing it. Plus it netted me right at 2.5" of lift.

Skip the MD kit. Believe me.

My wife had an 06 I put a bb type kit on it and 265/75/18 terra grapplers on it. It was really nice, and sounded awesome with a flow master but one of the tires blew out and we had about 65% tread on the rest so when we put on a new one the transmission eventually started slipping and we had some other minor problems that I fixed so we traded it in. We shoulda kept it. But the dealer let us keep the tires and wheels.

Btw, was going to rent Brink for you to watch (and me, love that movie haha) for helping me out with the LAs, couldn't find it, so I went to look on Amazon, ONE copy of Brink in VHS, $198.00!!!! Hahaha, so sorry man, couldn't come through on that one . Anyway, thanks again for the help.
