Nice. I will say this: the lack of parts has made me consider eventually moving up to the WJ. Want a blue pearl one...

Nice build and love some of the mods. I've been thinking of a place to leave my pistol in the jeep, right now it is unbuckled in a holster below my feet. Not sure how easy access is to your cup holder mod though..... And what if someone tries to jack you from the back seat hmmmm? Decisions.
Getting some sweet stuff for Christmas from my wife as well. I ordered a 242HD case and talked the wife into getting me jeepmparts . now I should the IRO SYE to install and maybe some other goods. I have a lengthened DS for the rear but I still get some really good vibes. The OE ds was terrible so this is why I went to the SYE.

I never had issues on my old jeep with the 242HD with OE DS at 6inches.

How big of a concern is getting car jacked from the backseat for you? Who are you letting in your back seat?

Imagine the scenario you are walking to your car and you use the remote to unlock your Jeep... as you get in so does someone else with a gun. You ask? Well this has been happening numerous times in my home town... this is why I am concerned. Kinda hard to reach that gun in that scenario.

no worries man.....i appreciate the concern. i'm a former police officer so im fully aware of what your talking about. however, it is VERY easy to get to from the driver seat. but in the case of your situation, i also carry on me as well and i am VERY cautious of anyone approaching me as I walk to the jeep

well....i had a sweet 5.9 lined up in Atlanta. only has 95k original miles and was Very clean. he wanted 3500, had him talked down to 3200 (not bad considering the ridiculous low miles and its overall condition). However, the wife deiced for me that I didnt need a new toy (she wants new boobs). SO anyways......ordered these instead
