The front will be going in within the next 3 weeks. Im waiting on my Poly ball joints and then I need to buy a few misalignment spacers for my steering. after that, the front will be going in and the IRO trackbar will be for sale!

Good line on the trim, looks smooth. Are you installing the rear flares?

thanks! I'm undecided on the flares as of right now. I'm not 100% happy with how the fronts came out so I kinda think I'm not going to install them. I'd rather save up and buy notch customs flares. these ones are too much work for a less than perfect fit.

Rear JK 44 is in and almost ready to go. I still need to splice the abs wires, buy u-bolts for the driveshaft and wait for brake pads in the mail.
Front axle is coming out tonight.

I wish I were putting a JK44 back instead of a polished D30. Can't wait to see it finished!

Nice! Those 44s should be a nice combo with your setup.

Rear axle locker still needs to be wired and I'm still waiting on brake pads, then it's good to go.
pulled the D30 but didn't put the front 44 in yet due to running out of cut off wheels and not getting the stock CA mounts off. still waiting on ball joints and brake pads in the mail. then bolt everything up and wire the locker.

the axles are IRO so it came with the IRO heim steering.. after looking at it, I decided to beef it up while it was out. the tie rod was good but the draglink was my concern. it used a 1/2" heim on each end with 1/2" bolts.. yes I said 1/2" lol. now the pitman arm heim is a 3/4" chromo heim with a 5/8" bolt and the knuckle heim is a chromo 7/8" heim with a 3/4" bolt. I feel a lot better about it now. a big thanks to Unlimited Fabication here in Utah for the help and parts!

What all did you have to do to install this setup? I have the weak 1/2" bolt & heims from IRO and I would like to upgrade it. Did you also need a new drag link?
