I just need to go ahead and drill the mount out and put my 9/16'' bolts in and be done with it. then throw on the new knuckles to flip the drag link and tie-rod.......I hate being busy
I had the same problems so I welded washers to the front and back of the frame side mount nice and tight steering now.

sure is! that thing is SO heavy haha

the truss acts as a bumpstop so I can get rid of my spacers on the frame.

I don't see how there would be. it might with a smaller lift but I'll be up pretty high. higher than I want actually. I'll have to build a steel bumper to lower it some.

I'm guessing its why IRO suggests 4" lift minimum for this axle, to clear the pan.

haven't done anything with it yet. I still have to buy an older power steering pump and high pressure line before I can do the swap.

cut the exhaust off right after the main cat so I can have room for long arm brackets. drilled 10 of the 20 holes so far. should get the rest drilled tomorrow and then bolt up the brackets. also will be painting the front 44 with por15 tomorrow.

didn't get a chance to paint yesterday but I did cut out the threads on my A-arm and have a friend weld in some new threads for me. I also used a Johnny joint instead of the RE one that IRO uses, should be a good upgrade

now I need to install 1 more bushing on the A-arm and paint it.

I like the Johnny Joint upgrade, you shouldn't have any sloppiness in that joint at all...no worries about it coming loose.
