Turn key, nothing happens

My boyfriend's 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo was running fine. one morning he went to start it and nothing happened at all. No lights on dash, no click no buzz, nothing. There is no resistance in the ignition where a running car would spring the key back a bit after starting. We took the battery to get tested at autozone and they charged it for about 4 hours and it immediately came up "replace battery" so we did. Hooked the new battery up, and tried to start it, still same exact issue. We have tested all fuses and relays and we are now out of ideas... HELP!
