Treadwrights

Does anyone have anything bad to say about Treadwrights? I'm about to buy a set of 31x10.5 AT Wardens's and to be honest am about skeptical with the pricetag and the fact they're retreads.

I have had them for over a year and they are great. They have a bunch of videos on youtube that shows some of the process of how they are made. I'll never buy any other tires again unless I can get them at a great deal like the TW.

There's a guy in the WJ side who had trouble finding a shop that would mount re-treads. Other than that, I've only heard good things.

If you go to a fancy *** shop that cares about mounting retreads, you're probably overpaying. Go to a cheap *** shop that's doesn't care for this haha.

Not me haha. I got my used Bridgestones mounted, balanced, and out the door for $150. But the refusal to mount was the only issue I've ever heard of.

I don't like that they don't offer very many sizes with a 15 inch rim

Yea surprisingly well. I rotate with every oil change. Not much wear on them at all from what I can tell. They may put themselves out of business they are wearing so well.

I think 15" rims are being phased out for the most part that's why there isn't a lot of choice in that size. Newer vehicles don't use 15" rims anymore.

Lol I just bought new 15 inch wheels; I like more rubber than wheel on a jeep!
