in the before picture the mount was cocked because the backing plate i made was trying to go off those 4 bolt holes but my holes were slightly off so i have to oval the arb brackets to now it sits straight. any angled you might see if the top piece of 5" where it tapers down about a 1/4"

also i got the light bar all wired up and ready to test it out. i should be doing that either tomorrow or Saturday after work

maybe after you get your motor rebuilt

so i got my iron man 4x4 trackbar bracket installed, but unfortunately i have a creaking noise still after going to an after market bracket, i have it tacked in at about 10 different spots. so i may have to make a brace for this.

then i got this steering box brace from FortCollinsZJ for considerably cheaper then KOR brace, and i don't need to buy his sway bar bushing i can use factory bushings. i didn't take a picture of when i got it so i will use his pictures. i got the brace right at sunset so i had to go install it right then.
this thing is beefy probably weights about 10lbs or so. and it uses all 4 sway bar bolts.

oh and i found my 15mm socket that fell into the unibody. which i was able to fish out. about 2 feet away from the upper CA bolt

it is a ram mounting system mount. the total things i used to do what i have was 50 bucks. B size base then a B size clamp and another base to the actual tablet holder (their universal holder, since when i got it i was going to buy an otter box which i have for my tablet)

and yes its the tab 2 10.1" i bought the refurbished model from bestbuy so it was 260, only 60 more then the tab 2 7"

i got my rock lights all wired up and my otrattw.com switches

a top view

holder (universal if you have a case)
http://www.rammount.com/CatalogResul...5/Default.aspx

and the b size components
http://www.rammount.com/EmptyPages/C...6/Default.aspx

if you want to do it like how i mounted it then you'll need some .75"x.75" angle iron or aluminum and you'll have to put those into the the air vent

alright minor update i guess, i found my track bar noise which turned out to be the hiem joint going bad so i replaced it and all is good as new. i got to test the light bar and rock lights they are amazing! for what the rock lights are they are bright.

i put some bumpstops on to stop the tb from hitting the diff cover ( i'll give someone a high five if they can figure out what my bumpstops are)

oh and i got this all natural 100% beefy diff cover

and yes that is a 1/2" bolt

surprisingly enough with that ring around the fill plug it clears the steering (just)

i have some upper adj control arms from ironman andy 4x4 coming in this week. those should be on more then likely after this next weekend.

actually its not ruffstuff, my buddy said it was some diff cover off ebay but truth be told if i didn't get it for 50 bucks i would say get ruff stuff. this one the welds are right in the way of your socket trying to get the bolts on, and one of the holes didn't line up so i had to up drill the holes and then it fit fine.

yup! we have a winner

well i realized i never showed you guys what i used for rock lights

how bright it is under it

my ironman andy 4x4 clue anvil control arms (with JJ)

we had a wheeling trip

yes that 2013 rubicon did flop no one was hurt and yes that is a VW tourag on the trail with us. it does pretty good for weighing like 5600 lbs.

this weekend I will be fixing my leaky tranny/tase input seal and trying to tuck up my skid and corssmembers up just a little bit more. every inch counts right?

after that I will be installing my winch with a steel hawse fairlead. but I need to get different battery terminals so I can add the winch wiring. and get a cut off switch to the battery from that so it wont drain the battery when I'm not wheeling
