I got my Ironman4x4 engine mounts in today, they look like some nice work. Now I just need a header and some time to get the engine work done.

Dropped the tranny tonight with some help from Squash and Dan. 'New' one should be in tomorrow night, along with a new throwout bearing, tranny mount and maybe CPS if I feel like it.

Also got my OTK trackbar bracket and flex joint from T&T. Once again I'm very pleased with their customer service and products.

Went to a NAXJA meet&greet today, had a fun drive down in the first real storm of the year.

Going wheeling tomorrow, along with doing some trail cleanup and hopefully cutting some new stuff. I'll try to get some pictures.

You drive a tj, we drive a zj. We have more power while you get more shower. We get the v8 while you get there too late. You have 2 doors well, we have 2 more. Ours costs a grand while yours has a price we cant stand.

You forgot to cut a tree out of that trail. I'm pretty sure it's the one behind your jeep.

Got most of the body work done this afternoon. The bondo isn't perfect, but it's a trail rig so **** it, run it. As soon as I find some OEM red I'll spray it and give it a quick wetsand to blend it.

Start

Pulling it out

Cleaning after some hammer/dolly work

Taped and bondo'd

Primer

Picking this up this weekend...

Squash and I were pulling the winch off of his old ZJ, so we decided to see how the ARB would look on mine...

Not the greatest picture, and I'm not sure how well the stool will stay there while I'm driving, but I'm going to run with it. The lights aren't mounted either, they're just sitting there to get an idea. I've never been a big fan of the ARB bumpers, but it gets my winch mounted right away, and saves me the $$$ I'd spend building one. Once all the other **** like the front axle, engine and rear bumper are done I'll make something up with a better approach angle.

Fo realz this time

Looks like **** without a grill, but I'll take care of that this weekend. I had Napa mix me up a can of color matched spray bomb, so I'll finish the hatch, and paint the other goody that's going up front, a 5.9 grill. Then if I have time Saturday I'll rebuild my front shaft, get a new battery in it, redo the cables and wire up the winch.

Went into GSD mode tonight to get ready for Saturday's run. I ran all new breather lines up to the engine bay, cut the old, very misshapen Rusty's skid off the XJ and boogered it onto the ZJ, pulled the front driveshaft and knocked the front u-joint out of it. Tomorrow I'm hoping to get the 4.5" coils in out back, replace the aforementioned u-joint and reinstall the driveshaft. Then Saturday it's hammerdowntime.
