That fender looks good... ha.

35s do look good. 37s would looked stuffed and it would limit your up travel.

Another part of me wants to say **** unibodies and build a TJ. For right now I'm just going to have fun with what's left of this thing.
I won't lie. I miss my TJ some days. Hell, I've thought about going back to a TJ/YJ. However, this XJ has a lot of life left, so I may cage it and keep going with it.

Well, it looks like there was more damage from the roll than I thought. Not sure what to do about it, maybe just FIRI at this point and keep an eye on it. Suggestions?

EDIT:It's kind of hard to tell how bad it is in the pictures, but the rail should be smooth/flat for that whole section, so where it's pushed down/in is the issue.

Eh, I doubt I'll ever get it straight, so for now I think I'm going to run it and keep an eye on it. If it gets worse, I'll try to straighten it out and then plate it. If not, I'll just beat it til it's dead. In the mean time I'm going to start figuring out my next build platform so I don't end up out of the game for too long. I'm thinking a YJ with the S10 leaves I have out back and a traction bar, similar 3link front, current axles/motor/tranny/tires, stretched to ~103" with tube fenders front/rear.

Sounds. Good to me. Kind of the same plan I had for my old TJ, but I sold it before anything ever got started. I agree with you though, I'd beat the piss out of the ZJ first.

Well I guess I found my problem from yesterday

I'm hoping I can get that piece that's wedged in there free, then pull what's left of the pins with it still in the Jeep, because I really don't want to strip the front end apart again. The only thing that worries me is I can't find the other half of the fourth pin...

Seriously. This D44 has been nothing but an expensive disappointment, which is I'm sure how my parents refer to me.
