Found one solenoid to be bad, I had been testing them incorrectly. The Warn solenoids ground through the mounts, not through the second small post, which explains why I was having problems troubleshooting them. At least I got the new one ordered, should be here Friday, so the winch will be read for Rausch.

-Install t-case skid
-Rebuild front shaft

-Fix winch - Sort of, I have power in at least
-Install passenger seat so I can pretend I has frendz
-Swap in Durango box
-Swap sway bar bushings

And before I go to Rausch in a few weeks I'd like to:
-Replace D30 pinion bearing half-*** style
-Swap in WJ leather seats and new carpet

-Rebuild a set of spare shafts
-Build a roof rack? - Didn't end up needing the space
-Fix e-brake - Broke the adjuster trying to free it up, so this will have to wait
-Alignment
-Lube/Check/Tighten erraythang - Last thing to do on Wednesday
I'm doing laundry/packing tomorrow, then final checks Wednesday before we head out around 8pm. I'm getting excited finally...

1 dislocated shoulder + 1 destroyed Jeep = 2 disastrous trips to Rausch Creek.

Expect a big update later in the week, followed by either a part out or major reconstructive surgery.

Sheet metal is replaceable....... your body parts aren't. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

BTW.... post lost of pics and then come back to this thread to post a link to them or your trail ride summary.
