Oh boy... is this a Jeep or a pre SRT era SRT8 Grand Cherokee

The build is going great, you are really breathing new life into such a worthy vehicle.

Finally got around to installing the new steering wheel... looks and feels much better! Only had to run to the parts store for a wheel puller.

Not much to tell...right now it's pretty much a story of leaks that I haven't had the time or money to fix... pretty sure the rear main is leaking, I know the Intake Manifold gasket needs to be replaced and I have a new plenium plate and today I found my radiator dipping with a leak in it. I'll probably start with stop-leak to see if that will hold it over until I can get time/$ to get a replacement.

I think since my last update in this thread here I installed a Tranny Cooler thinking I was possibly going to tow (although I haven't yet),

...and the wife pulled off the front bumper by hitting a poll. I just re-installed with some new clips and zip ties

Finally had to replace the motor on radiator fan due to a "meltdown"

Pretty much normal maintenance I guess.

LCA bushing failure... Old and new...decided it was just easier (and not much more $) to replace the whole thing than mess with replacing the bushings.

How are you liking the Infinity 6.5's? I have the Kappa's in my dash but want to replace the stock sound bar. Do they handle mid-tones really well? Or just high's?

Maintain, wheel, upgrade, repeat.

I think they are OK... I don't have a great ear for High/Mid/Lows, so they sound better than the stock speakers with dried up and cracked out cones, but I can't say it's overwhelming or something that I'm totally blown away by. Sounds good for the prices, but like I said, I'm not really a great audiophile opinion.

Nope, it's my wife's daily driver at this point. I replaced both Front LCA's (which I imagine were stock). Still need to swap in the new rear shocks that have been sitting on my bench. I did pull out my VIC and soldered a couple of the wires that were causing the Coolant Sensor to Flash, but otherwise, no real plans at this point. Someday...probably way way down the road, I think this could be a pretty fun wheeler, but as long as I have my TJ and as long as the wife likes driving this, it's probably not going to happen.

Need some new tires probably by fall/winter, but otherwise, I hope I don't have spend much money to keep it going.

All things must come to an end... sold the 5.9ZJ today to a fellow NorCal Jeep Entheusist who I hope will continue taking care of this (and maybe converting to a wheeler)...

I'd driven it less than 1000 miles in the past year or more and I didn't see that changing any time soon... it was vehicle #4 and it was to find a new home where it could be driven and enjoyed!
