They 99% sure they use the same wheel. You would think it would be different, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

When you get a chance, can you get the mopar part number off of that wheel and the one you're replacing it with? There are two numbers in the parts book.

I'm thinking one has the cruise control and audio controls and the other doesn't?

There was discussion on another board where it was also brought up that the steering wheel from a 5.9 was the exact same as a standard Limited with the controls.

The only #'s easily viable on the replacement wheel are

Stamped on the Frame, next to the center hole
U.T.A.

Sticker on the middle spoke
14 MIIM
16272

Sticker on the inside of the back plastic

Hm. I'll look in my 96 book later. I'm assuming that board was SF?

Made pretty good progress on removing the driver side stuff and getting it cleaned up for what little time I had... @140K I'm Guessing original Unit bearing and ball joints... the Shocks might have been updated to these Sensatrac's but they are still a little squishy.

dang!!! that is a killer.

could have done a WJ swap for about 1/2 of that, and then had the ability to upgrade steering.

Looks great. Next thing we will hear is that you tuned it, put on a new exhaust, and got a stiffer swaybar
