I've owned my ZJ since this April. She had 203,994mi on her odo and 4 previous owners when I bought her.

To date I have found:

The tailpipe was being pinched by the track bar because it was routed improperly,
a pair of nylons in place of an air filter,
the body of a pen and lots of duct tape for a vacuum line repair,
cardboard stuffed in almost all trim seams to silence the rattles from missing screws/clips,
a paper clip used in place of a fuse in the PDC
a pressure treated 4x4 used as a rear bumper frame replacement,
a $5 bill that fell into the console through the parking brake lever opening,
a pair of panties behind the VIC... ,
about 3 dozen various pills in random places,
A pile of petrified dog puke under the passenger's rear seat,
crumbles of weed throughout the carpet from front to rear,
about 5 packs worth of cigarette butts stuffed in the transfer case shifter opening(the ashtray was factory fresh and obviously had never been used for anything),
and 4 melted Starburst candies under the driver's seat.

I sure do hope I'm all done finding PO surprises....

Ironic huh?

The old gal did clean up pretty well after a few parts, screws/clips, and lots of elbow grease though!

the very first thing i did was i gutted the interior and brought the carpet to work and pressure washed it and let it air out for a few days. Yea that is ironic.

That should increase the value. Are those options on KBB?

Yep, the $5 bill doubled the ZJ's value.
I think the weed increased the value of the vacuum at the car wash....

I found the wheel on the spare, a bunch of rusted razor blades and drywall screws used to mount the speakers in my niner. The green one I found the mechanic had put the front brake pads on the wrong wheels.

When I was taking apart my dash, I found some lady's phone number in Texas written on a post-it note. I live in Washington. No area code on it either. Which means 2 things, it was there before we all had to dial 10 digits, and at some point, my Jeep was probably in Texas.

You should try it out with different Texas area codes! Try 972, 281, 713, 832, 214
