nope. just get the kit. Plug and play. dont get the DDM minis. They suck. You will be able to just take out the old bulbs and put the new ones in (DONT TOUCH THEM WITH YOUR HANDS!!!! WEAR LATEX GLOVES) then mount the ballasts in a secure location.

Yea. it was a real loud clunk. We used a pry bar to straighten them out as we couldn't move it otherwise.

Other than that, not sure. For me it was actually only on my passenger side. The drive side was good.

The slims is what I ment. They sent me 2 bad ones the first time. Its a VERY LONG story. If anyone wants to hear how bad their customer service was let me know. I have some time to type it up.

Ok so I was checking out those HID's but my question is do I just order the bulbs and such? Do I need the harness? If they dont I'm guessing I'll be sent some bulbs to put in and I'll be good. Are these good ones like are they different from others? Thats kinda what I want is something different but bad ***

Yea, If you plan on getting new actually head light assemblies then wait till you get them. They will most likely have different bulbs in those.

Yeah I just want to keep the assemblies for the headlamps but I would like a bluish headlight. I would also like a same colored high beam. Thats all I want maybe a brighter yellow and such but I also want colored lights for the interior. Any idea about what to do?

I haven't done interior lights. I want to do LED's do a search I'm sure you can find something I remember some one changed them all out to blue LED's and it looks sick! 6k is a good color.

this page will tell you what every bulb is: http://www.wjjeeps.com/lamps/lamps.htm

this site sells them all, and most if not all of them in multiple colors: http://www.superlumination.com

i replaced all of my interiors with just the regular cool white LEDs, it looks so much more modern and is much brighter as well.

note that most of the bulbs come in multiple versions and the newer SMT style have a slightly different color temp than the older style... so get all the same style if you are picky about consistency like me!
