The county did. It's an "impassable county road", and the gas company bought the property and put up gates. The county came in a month later and cut the gates, as they're county roads that run through the property.

Every time I hit a decent bump in the road me jeep cuts out. Ideas?

Bad ground, loose battery connection, corroded contacts someplace, bad fuel pump, bad CPS, erm...I'm probably missing things here. It's a matter of checking out one thing at time. These issues are a MAJOR pain in the tuckus. I spent half of 2010 replacing parts to deal with a starting problem. It was the fuel pump. So best of luck.

Damn... Maybe CPS but Im not sure. It did die a little while ago right after I started it. Like i started it and put it in gear and then it died.
