Does anyone have this on their jeep? My roof rack is LITERALLY breaking because of the wait. I need to get it down. This seems cheap and easy. Im having a rear bumper made but until then I need something. Will this work??

I also think I am not burning oil. I think I got my gas/oil mixture wrong and I was seeing that burn. :/ I hope!

I'm sure it would work, but that seems like a lot of money compared to what it would cost to weld up some 2" square tube and make one yourself. Especially considering you will be replacing it with a rear bumper.

Gas/Oil Mixture? You swap in a 2-stroke motor?

Yea, I put 2 stroke motor oil in my gas. But I think I added too much last time.

Also, I dont have a welder... When I get my tax return I plan on buying a 220V welder. I have a friend who is starting to make bumpers and he is making me one! I get the prototype!

AWESOME! Cool! Thats good to know.

As far as the tire carrier, I cant really wait. The spare on top is LITERALLY pulling the stock roof rack off the jeep.

Looks good. Wonder what size tire it will max out on.

The only problem is that it doesn't swing out or down, as far as I can tell. So you won't be able to use the rear hatch. That's one major drawback.

Its my power steering pump. It has been getting louder. I might need to get a new one soon.

Yea, it wouldnt bother me that much. I dont get in the back that much. If so I can just take it off. It wouldnt be terrible. This would be temporary. But I might just take the spare off for now and leave it home. I highly doubt I'll get a flat when daily driving.
