I've done sooooo much only a few things left. Track bar bushings too soft or tires worn incorrectly and causing issues.

No idea. Mine sounds like its coming from passenger side front. Also a pop noise when braking sometimes.

Im just shot gunning it now in hopes of fixing it. Im not 100% positive on this but when i replaced the axle shafts in october it went away for a little. Going to replace ball joint next i guess. Maybe jks bushings. I doubt the axle shafts went bad in like 4 months.

It sounds like the TB on my because it happens when I go into the drive way on an angle and one tire hits the bump then the other and Ill hear it.

Yup. At a certain angle right? Mine does it almost a full lock turning right. About when the drivers side goes off the curb and the passenger side is on top still.

My sound is always from the same spot, turning either way. But it doesnt have to be full lock going to the drive way for that to make the sound. weird...

You got it. Getting my other set of rims/tires tomorrow. Didn't have any issues with them when I had them on before the lift. Gonna find out whether or not my tires are worn badly.

Sounds a lot like a trackbar issue. Are you running double shear on the body side?

I'm not sure what that is? I'm running a regular old JKS bar.

Mine made noise because the jam nut worked loose. I'm sure you checked it but it wouldn't hurt to check it again. Also, make sure your track bar end links are tight. They will make a clunk as you describe.

Yeah my jam nut is tight. I checked last night.

I lowered the PSI of the tires and torqued down the track bar bolt yesterday and now its feeling like it wants to dw at 50 MPH. I'm thinking the tire pressure did that. Ill put them back up to 33-34 and see what that does.

I still may get the KOR bushings, what do you think?

Double shear means that the bolt is set up as follows:

Bolt head> bracket > trackbar bushing > bracket > nut.

Single shear factory setup on a ZJ/TJ/XJ/etc (not sure about the WJ) is:

Nut> bracket > TRE end of trackbar.

The quick explanation is that double shear is typically what most aftermarket setups utilize because it's stronger and splits the force on the bolt across two metal brackets instead of one.

If you're not able to get the torque wrench to click on 90 lb/ft on the axle side, I'd be willing to bet that it's not tight enough. Trade the torque wrench for a breaker bar and cheater bar if you can't physically put enough force on the torque wrench. Also, did you pull the bolt and trackbar entirely then run the bolt back through to see if the hole has wallowed out at all?
