Ok great. I Will look a bit more into it before i decide, i actually do not need new brakes for about a year from now, but then they Are toast most likely, but they have been holding up well, 3 years 55k km. Anyway i want to get it done durring this summer.
Not to sound like a prick, but The price difference isnt that much of a problem for me, when everything is dirt cheap in US compered to over here, also the currency rate Are still good/cheap $, ha ha, I always end up saving Money and getting better parts after i started to buy from US.

You should really check out the Black Magic pads and Centric rotors from Savvy. I changed my mind. Hawk LTS's are out the window. These things grab better than EBC Yellowstuffs (considered the king of Jeep pads). http://blackmagicbrakes.com/

Check the reviews: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f9/va...ation-1104156/

MrBlaine is giving me a fantastic deal, giving me some extremely honest advice and taking care of me in a way no other vendor has. No not like THAT. I'm just saying there's a great alternative here that seems to be phenomenal.

My roommate is ordering black magics. From what I hear they're some of the best. I have no experience with them and they're $$$ so I haven't tried but I have friends with experiences with stillens and EBCs and both have been awesome. Hawk LTS are supposed to be awesome as well, better than EBC if I remember correctly...

What I have read is "Better than EBC Yellows in every way"... Which is saying a lot. What really got me was the quality and honesty of the advice he gave. Add that to the best product on the market and then a special deal to boot... You've got a winner.

The list price for pads & rotors is less than the Kolak Stillen combo.

Send me your phone number in a PM. I'll give you a ring to chat about the various approaches to upgrading the brakes on your WJ.

Just got off the phone with Nick and had a great conversation and I was able to get all my questions answered. With the backing of the products, the volume of very positive feedback, and the quality of the Stillens and information present, I just don't see how you can go wrong with them. I am pretty excited now to get back home and get the Rotors/Pads!

As you can tell by that YouTube video my Thermoquiets and napa rotors will get me effortless lockup currently... Now, this might change with the 32s on we shall see. If I need a brake upgrade beyond those I will probably go with the Stillen kit like you, let me know how they do! I'll also be looking at some Other options like EBCs. To me this is a pricey and also a very important part of my Jeep. Stillen and EBC have great heritage for pads and a nice reputation to uphold so I trust them. There simply is too much grey knowledge about the Black Magics, I don't know who makes them, where they're made, and they simply do not have the customer backing I'd like to see.

Mrblaine, a forum member and sponsor, and brake and steering and suspension Yoda, owns Black Magic. He worked/works with Jeep engineers to design the brakes.

I have always used EBCs till now. The Black Magic pads are much better. Search the forum.

There is too much grey area with those Black Magic stuff and just lack of information about them. Sticking with something that I know is one of the best options. (With the proof and customer backing for over a decade).
