I would suggest getting the exhaust fixed and buying a cheap monroe shock. Then when you get home from for break order a lift kit.

well at this point ive basically decided to have a dented bumper for a while. i was looking at the exhaust and everything its its gonna cost me about $350 to fix that. a decent shock would be about 100 give or take a bit here and there. leaves about 500 for somethin else. really cheap lift kit? cold air intake? spend more on exhaust and get a good flowmaster system maybe, save it for somethin else?...any ideas?

dang, that must be a really good shock if you are going to spend that much. an average shock is less than $40, or you could just get a BB with shocks and do it that way

2000 WJ- midland cb w/PA, KOR leveling kit and shocks, 12 in infitity sub w/ 600 watt infinity amp, magnaflow highflow cat, dynomax cat back exhaust. much more to come

600 is a nice chunk but I would seriously just cut the pipe right before the muffler and put on a turn down then you have like 900 for parts it wont change a thing and its legal

sooo i was talking with my dad who pays for my insurance, college tuition, basically everything that i need. he feels that instead of me getting the grand, and paying for things my way he wants me to go thru a mechanic and get it done professionally. im still not going to fix my bumper, but its gonna cost around $700-800.

i argued for quite a bit, explaining that this will enable me to still get it fixed, and have extra money for upgrades. stupid dad with morals says thats cheating and that the guy is giving me $1000 towards specific things. not much i can do so ill have around $300 extra which im gonna save.......stupid dad
