I can't sleep, and I've been pricing things for the HP30 so I'm going to keep track of websites, prices, and a grand total of what all I need to get to finish the swap.

-IRO internal Truss: http://www.ironrockoffroad.com/Merch...egory_Code=PFZ $150
-Goferit Flip inserts: http://www.goferitoffroad.com/products.htm $45
-Solid Differential Cover: http://www.polyperformance.com/shop/...gn=4X4products $65
-OTK track bar bracket: http://www.jcroffroad.com/Merchant2/...tegory_Code=S6 $50
-Hub spacers: http://www.jeeperz-creeperz.com/flan...er-p-4489.html $36
-Lower Control arm skids: http://rustysoffroad.com/mm5/merchan...gory_Code=ARMS $24

Plus rotors, pads, and balljoints which I'm confident I can get for less than $200

Grand Total: ~$600

This isn't including shipping, taxes, cost of welding spacers and brackets, fluids, or any odds and ends. I'm sure when it's all said and done it will be around $800+.

Picked up 2 stock t-case skids, one for me, and one for my brother. Anyone know how to mount these things up when they weren't on there to begin with?

There are no nuts welded to the frame. Stock there are these stupid nut things, but I wasn't going to pay a **** ton for 6 from the dealer. Just picked up 6 m10x1.5 with lock washers. Fished the nut and lock washer in to the frame with a magnet, and hand tightened it down till the lock washer caught then it snugged up just fine with the ratchet. Same thing on crossmember but we fished the nuts and lock washers in from the exposed sides of the corssmember, and held it steady after starting the threads with a finger through the top holes. Everything snugged up great on nates, we haven't done mine yet. I also got my hughes racing plenum kit today!

Magnets, I never thought of doing that. I managed to get a bolt into the frame and dropped it down so I could tighten up a nut to it, but at some point I couldn't keep it in place so I was just turning both the nut and bolt in the frame. By then it was fairly tight, and I was stuck. It's not loosened any since last summer when I did it, but if I ever need to get it out, I will be screwed. LOL I like the lock washer idea. I wish I'd thought of it. Where were you last year when I was asking for suggestions?

I stuck adjustable wrenches down the crossmember to keep the nuts in place.

for the frame, i cut a breaker bar and stuck it up the bigger hole about 5 inches down got it all positioned and tightened it up. I just left the breaker bar and socket up there.

I can't get my frame side with my bulky magnet it keeps sticking to the sides. I need to use the one we used on Nates.

I can't believe the magnet thing, and lock washer thing worked. Nothing I do EVER works, but all we did was hold the nut with my finger till the lock washer caught then it tightened right up. For the frame the magnet held it enough to tighten down till the washer grabbed. It was to a miracle that it actually worked.
