Id pb-blastered every bolt for the past 3 days!

Any tips for going through the process of installing the lift? never put trac bars on before.

IRO's instructions are actually pretty helpful lol. Start at the back, it's much much much easier and less intimidating.

Adjusted my steering box today deff. firmer feeling and not as much sway on the highway. Before it was pretty scary, feeling the axle sway underneath you. Now not much play, though I do think some of it is due to the 7/16 pin bolts I used at the sway bar connection to the axle (per $5 dissconnect thread). You can here them clinking a bit when I hit bumps goin through town.

Besides that moving to a new appt so the new rear springs are waitng till I have time for them.

So the pins are a bit small? I was planning on removing my swaybar link bolts and just taking the bolts in with me.

There just a bit small so it makes a little noise, but what i think i'm going to do is take the origion sawy bar bolt and just drill a hole for a coter pin. Seems like a good idea in theory, well see thou

You could also do 1/2in pins instead of 7/16ths and drill out the sway bar mount just enough for a snug fit to.

But for a temporary disco the 7/16th do there job

Replaced my front drivers side wheel bearing today. Was so simple and easy compared to alot of other people, who have trouble with it. The axle nut came loose an the first try, then used the bolt trick to pop the bearing itself off.

Replaced front pass caliper. deff can tell it was seized
Also installed crown braided steel/kevlar extended lines meant for a tj with 3-4 in of lift.
I have about 2-3 in extra then I needed on the lines but now I can always go bigger and not have to worry about them

Probably thurs I'll be bumpstopping the zj finally via hockey pucks
Could I instead use and extra puck instead of the old orange bumpstops in the front?
I took them out when doing the lift and forgot to put them back int
