Damn brah you must be poor...Someone hook this guy up with free 31's. His parents house is only worth 700,000

Like I said earlier though. The ZJ is lookin a lot better. The Soft 8's are a big improvement over those ugly stockers.

try 200k if lucky. ask oviedo jeeper....

and ill say it again... parents house..... they dont get me anything... they got me the soft8s for xmas though.

and thanks... i think it looks quite nice.

and the free tire thing... kinda thought of it like this.... If someone has some used 31s they have layin around after they went up to a bigger size... and arnt gonna sell em.. instead of lettin em sit around... id use em.

i also intend to go up to 6 inchs soon... so i didnt really wanna spend money on tires right now.. im fine with these... ill buy 33s when im at the height i like. doesnt make sense to buy tires now when in like 6 months ill just need to get bigger ones.

Instead of spending $300 on the drops, look for used control arms for the same price. Someone had a full set of RE adjustables up for $500 not long ago.

um.. no thanks. the brackets keep everything parallel. giving more flex than if i had adjustable control arms since they wont already be at a massive angle.

keeps all 8 control arms the way they would be stock just lower.

You do realize that aftermarket CA's will adjust to be correct length, right? Additionally, if you get CA's with Johnny Joints (JKS, Rubicon Express Superflex, etc) they will flex much better than stock. Either way, it's going to ride like **** at 5.5" on short arms.

even if they are adjustable, they will still be at a large angle downward....
the drops lower them so they stay flat giving you the full amount of flex available, and no it doesnt ride like ****, i know 2 people personally that run this way.
if you keep everything paralleled and close to stock even with it raised it will ride nice... what do you think long arms do? they do the same thing as these brackets just in a different way.
they both allow you to have a ton of flex while keeping the control arms at a shallow angle. giving you a nice smooth on road ride.

even with adjsutables the ca's are gonna be like / at a shallower angle... with the brackets they stay like ---
