93' ZJ - 5.2L. 4.5" IRO lift. front long arms rear short adjustables. bilsteins. daystar bumps. 33" KM2's. rancho ss. rc quick discos. flowmaster 10 series.

Ooohhhh ok now I get it haven't done air bumps yet I have the prothane coil inserts up front that I love Its the poor mans air bump lol its a progressive bumpstop opposed to the factory bumpstops that are really harsh

dude i dont even have bumpstops in the front, although i probably should have them if i want to go fast on trails and stuff...

Even if you don't go fast, shocks aren't designed to support the weight of your rig when flexed.

I went with Fox 2.0 bumps up front, they work great!!

Cache what size king is that? Looks like a 12". I have some 2.5 double bypasses I wanna put up front but they arr 12s

In the back i put in a rear extended XJ bump stop with a 3" spacer. This is temporary until i get my 2.0" fox bumps for the rear.


Yea they are 2.5" 12" i had to move the lower shock mount to get enough up travel.

hmmmmm i may just have to try that. i have the bilstien bumps already in. just gotta make sure im bumped correctly how much up travel are you running?

Put my amsteel 100ft of 3/8ths winch line on but right after the solenoid on my winch died

I've only been able to go through the first 15 pages of your build so far, but thats a very nice GW you've got there Not many vehicles can pull off the woody look, but the ZJ is one of the exceptions

Gunna try and look over the rest of your build thread tonight.
