Reliable inch pound torque wrench

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Looking for something that is accurate but won't kill my wallet. I want to do my tranny bands. I am having a hard time finding a beam style for this. I am unsure about using a clicker since they can be out of spec but not sure I'll have the room for a beam.

I was looking at this one in particular http://www.toolsdelivered.com/CDI-25...table-Wrenches

Any suggestions?
