Clears 35's on old springs

Drove it in the woods. Cant call it wheeling just went up cruising back roads

Built a Roof Rack

Installed New springs, New rear adjustable Rubicon Express Super Flex rear arms, and Rear Locker

Trimmed Rear fenders and bumper more. New arms would make tire hook bumper and rip it off due to being longer.

Checked rear fender clearence. No rubbing at all

Wheeled it. I hate the mud

Wheeled it some more. I love the snow

And more snow wheeling

Seems like you went down to 33s, but how did you like the MTRs?

Always have been on 33's. Just put my friends 35's on to test fit. May go 35's on my next set of tires but would have to get new gears. Running 4.10's now

Been enjoying your build. My ZJ has 35's on it, Pro Comp Mudd Terrains. Keep trimming. I went to an ORV park and had to stop about a dozen times to cut here, cut there, pound a lil w/ a sledge as well.
What did you make your roof rack sides out of? Looks cool.

I can't tell, did you drill right into the roof? How did you attach it exactly? I had a roof rack on mine once but couldn't get it to stop rattling and sold it because.

It is attached to the factory roof rack rails and will not rattle at all. Very solid

Here are a few I have. I am not much of a picture taker when working on stuff.

This pic shows how the rack sits very tight to the factory rack rails

LED bar and bracket we cut on the plasma table

Bracket painted and on the rack

LED Bar on and wire ran

And a current pic from last weekends Camp/Trail trip
