i'm just gonna go with a waggy 44(if i can find one close by) and see if i can break that before doing the 1 ton driveline.

got a few things done. gonna need a longer rear driveshaft by about 4-6". with the d300 going in at a later date i'll need a shaft that's almost 10" longer than that even for it.

had a broken header panel so swapped to the early zj style. the straight line across the bottom looks much better with the kor bumper.
got my dual battery nailed down finally as well.

Where are you in PA, RM?

Here in central PA cops don't care about lifted vehicles...Especially not ZJs! ZJ's are small no matter how you look at them.

The only time I've seen a cop worry about a lifted vehicle was my buddys Chevy on 39.5" Iroks.

Your ZJ is looking built though!

north east, central pa is so much easier. no one cares about tire coverage, lift heights, or cel's when it comes to inspection time. doesn't make it less illegal when you get to other parts of the state though.

Finally started her up again today. New exhaust sounds great.

Hopefully I can get it fully road worthy in the next couple weeks. At least good enough to wheel.

Doesn't feel like I did much but the list looks significant enough.

Welded on the pass side slider. Gotta do the plug welds and i'll call them both done tomorrow.
Finished hanging the exhaust. Harder than it seems. Got one leak at the collector I need to tighten down. And that's a wrap.
Put the rear brakes on finally. Need to do one hard line and I can bleed them.
Did a little work on the center console piece for my switches and what not.

To do list...
Rear o2, broke the pigtail off of it.
Flip the d300 and get both driveshafts. Or just do the rear with the 231...think i'll go straight to the money with the 300.
Align rear axle and install the front arms with 1.75" pucks to even things out. Bump stop hockey puck mod too.

Drove it up and down the driveway under its own power for the first time in 6 months too. That required a beer in celebration.

that's part of the flip, stainless twin sticks.

my rear drive shaft is gonna end up in the neighborhood of 50" long. very tempted to toss a doubler in there.

That will be sick set up. That would be interesting to see 3 t-case sticks going into a ZJ. Can't wait to see it going in.

Front digs are fun.
